A demonstration of organizational culture promoting adaptability and reliability.

As of November 2021, we are excited to announce that we are a fully Covid-19 vaccinated company.

Vaccinations started rolling out in quarter one this year, and we saw this as an opportunity to not only promote a positive and safe community in the metal and engineering sector – but to ensure that our customers and suppliers can continuously rely on us to deliver work on time and of a high standard.

Covid-19 has taken a large toll on South Africa, causing delays within many sectors and limiting many small and big businesses alike. Unfortunately, we do not know what the future has in store for us, however, we do promise that we will take the actions necessary to mitigate the effects on internal and external stakeholders.

However, ensuring a strong work ethic is far from our only concern – we make it a priority to create a safe and comfortable work environment for all employees.

Top management took great leaps to ensure the health and well-being of the Armcoil workers in regards to the vaccination. CEO, Peter Flint explains, “We took into consideration peoples religious beliefs, as well as medical issues and assisted all workers individually to the best of Armcoil’s ability.” This includes arranged transport, time off from work, as well as sick leave where deemed necessary.

Finally, we would like to show appreciation to our customers and suppliers for continuing to do business with us during these uncertain times. We are all part of the same community, and we stand together to do whatever possible to put a stop to the negative effects Covid-19 is having on our country and other African countries.

With the fourth quarter coming to an end, we can say this has been a year of overcoming unavoidable obstacles, however, through consistent effort, we have high hopes for a healthier 2022.
